Terms of Use

Terms for the use of this website and the services offered through it.

§ 1 Provider and scope

The provider of this website and the services described below is Andrii Solokha, c/o A.S. Projects of Gs, Havel-Center Office 528, Am Industriegelände 3, 14772 Brandenburg an der Havel, Germany (contact: [email protected], the "Provider"). These terms apply to the use of futuredemocracyfreedom.com and its features (newsletter, membership, email mailbox). The version valid at the time of use applies.

§ 2 Services

Services are provided free of charge. There is no legal claim to provision, specific availability or specific features.

§ 3 Registration and membership

§ 4 User obligations

When using the services, in particular the mailbox, it is prohibited to:

§ 5 Suspension and termination by the Provider

In case of a breach of these terms, in particular § 4, the Provider may temporarily suspend access or permanently delete the account or mailbox. In case of serious or unlawful breaches, immediate suspension without prior notice is permitted.

§ 6 Availability and liability

Services are provided with reasonable care but without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults or discontinuation of individual services may occur. The Provider is liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, under the Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability — where legally permissible — is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damage. For free services, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

§ 7 Data protection

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8 Termination by users

Newsletter and membership may be ended at any time without giving reasons. Deletion of the mailbox and related data can be requested via the contact address in § 1.

§ 9 Changes to these terms

The Provider may adapt these terms with effect for the future where there is good reason (e.g. legal changes, new features). Registered users will be informed of material changes in a suitable manner.

§ 10 Consumer information

As the services are provided free of charge, there is no paid consumer contract and thus no statutory right of withdrawal; newsletter and membership can be ended informally at any time (§ 8). The contract language is German/English. The current version of these terms is available on this page. For consumer dispute resolution, see the Imprint.

§ 11 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Place of jurisdiction — where legally permissible — is the Provider's seat.
